    We start by talking about the work, yours and ours. No CV screen and no junior recruiter. You meet a partner, and we get into what you have actually delivered and where you want to point your experience next.

    We walk through a live problem together, the way we would with a client. It shows you how we think and shows us how you do. Senior people can demonstrate their judgement in an hour, so that is what we ask for rather than a stack of interviews.
