Ecom and digital products
REAL Growth Partnership works on the digital channels where the sale is made or lost. We map the omnichannel journey, diversify revenue through marketplaces and third-party channels, run a continuous personalisation and test roadmap on site, and prioritise investment in channels and product features against the conversion economics underneath them. Retail media and data monetisation sit inside the same scope.
What gets in the way
Digital trade is measured constantly and understood rarely. The reporting says what happened on the site, and very little about the journey that brought someone to it or the one that took them somewhere else.
A journey nobody owns end to end
Site, app, marketplace and store are run and reported separately, so the customer crossing between them is the one thing nobody is watching. The drop-out happens in those gaps, which is exactly where nothing is measured.
Revenue resting on one channel
Trade concentrates on the owned site because that is where the margin looks best, and the demand that never visits it goes to whoever is on the marketplace instead. The exposure only becomes visible once traffic falls.
Testing as a project, not a habit
Optimisation arrives as a burst of work around a redesign and then stops. Without a standing roadmap, a stated hypothesis and a decision at the end of each test, the site gets changed on opinion in between.
A roadmap built from requests
Channel and feature investment gets prioritised by who asked loudest and what a competitor shipped last month. With no view of the conversion or revenue each item should move, the expensive build and the cheap fix are argued on the same terms.

Frequently asked questions
It maps the path to purchase as the customer actually takes it, across site, app, marketplace and store, rather than one channel at a time. The output shows where customers leave, which steps carry the most value, and where the journey breaks in the hand-off between two channels.
Because marketplaces reach demand that will never arrive at your site, and they carry a different cost and margin profile. REAL sizes the third-party opportunity alongside those economics, so the channel mix is settled on reach and margin rather than on preference.
On expected value. Each channel and product feature is ranked on the revenue or conversion it should move against the effort to deliver it, and the roadmap is built from that ranking. The expensive build and the cheap fix are then argued on the same terms.
A standing sequence of tests on the site rather than a burst of optimisation around a redesign. Each test carries a stated hypothesis, a measure and a decision at the end, and the order of the roadmap changes as results come in.
Yes. The tests, personalisation and tracking are built in the platform, tag manager and analytics you already have. We recommend new tooling only where the current stack cannot support the design, and we show you the reasoning before you spend.
Retail media is selling advertising and audience access to the brands and suppliers you already trade with, using your own first-party data. It applies where you have enough traffic, and enough data about that traffic, to be worth a supplier's budget. Establishing whether you do is the first piece of work, not an assumption we start from.
A leading UK omnichannel retailer in fashion and electricals
Competing against more than 20 established players in two of the most contested categories in the UK, the retailer performed well on trust, value and delivery and still ceded the drivers that actually decide a purchase. Leadership had no evidence base for who the most valuable shoppers are or where to focus to win them.
